Unfortunately, we only produce limited amounts of pieces for every collection, we won’t restock the items marked as “sold out”
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, the products will be the same as you see in the photo. But please note that photos are taken under studio lights and professional cameras, therefore they may appear different under different lighting situations.
HOW CAN I RECOVER A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it from "LOGIN - Forgotten your password?" section You will receive an e-mail with a link to enter and confirm your new password. Your password must be alphanumeric with a minimum of 8 characters including at least one uppercase letter.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY PURCHASE WAS MADE CORRECTLY?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org . Sometimes mails can drop to “junk” or “spam” folders. Please check all folders in your mail.
Can I cancel a specific item from my order?
Yes. If you didn’t place your order yet, you can delete the items from your cart. If you placed your order you can contact us through email@example.com

Yes. You can cancel your order from the MY ORDERS section of your account. If there is no “shipped” info is there, you can send an email to cancel your order.

10amfactory.com only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you get a garment with some defect, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
On orders up to 230 TL, the shipment fee is 20 TL. On orders over 300 TL, the shipment is free.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?
The deadline for all returns is 30 calendar days from the order date.
When will the products I return be refunded?
After the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be reimbursed to your account within a few days. Process may take some time depending on your bank.
When will you ship my order?
During weekdays, orders that you placed until 15:00 will be delivered to the courier the same day. During weekends, your orders will be shipped with Monday’s batch.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you are a member, you can see the status of your order by going to the my orders section of my account or you can track them through SMS that Yurtiçi Kargo sends.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL?
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
At 10am.shop we recommend having a user account, as it will make shopping easier by saving an address book and your favourite stores. You also have a record of orders, returns and invoices.

You can place your orders with the safety guarantee of Iycizo. We don’t offer any other payment options at this time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you are not at the address when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a reminder slip with their contact information.Then your order will be kept in couriers nearest office to your address for 3 days. After 3 days, if you don’t pick up the order, it will be shipped back to our facility. Then your money will be refunded (except the shipment fees).
