The products are exactly the same as the products you have seen in the photo. Since it is shot with a professional light and camera in a professional studio, the products may show slight differences in daylight, different bulbs, etc.

Yes. To do this, go to the "My Orders" section in your account. If your order does not indicate that it has been shipped, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to siparis@10amfactory.com and cancel your order.

If there is a defect in the product you received, please contact siparis@10amfactory.com. In the e-mail you will send, you can add a photo of the defective part of the product and explain it. Directions for change will be made via e-mail.

Our shipping fee is 15 TL and is calculated automatically on the payment screen.

The period for all kinds of returns is 15 days from the order date.

For returned products, when the product reaches us, the refund process is initiated and made through Iyzico. The completion time of the transaction may vary depending on your bank.

Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are delivered on the same day, orders placed on weekends and holidays are delivered on Monday or the first working day. Since cargo companies do not work on Public Holidays, your order will be shipped on the first business day following the date you place it.

If you are a member, you can track your cargo tracking information on the My Orders page or via SMSs sent to you by Yurtiçi Cargo.

You can complete your shopping on our website with the assurance of Iyzico. We do not have payment at the door or money order/eft payment service.

According to the contracted Yurtiçi Cargo procedure, if they cannot find you at the address you provided, they leave a note and keep your shipment at the branch where your address is responsible for 3 days. If you do not receive it from the branch within 3 days, the return process begins. Since they cannot be delivered to us, the returned products are refunded and your orders are cancelled.
