Shipping is free for your purchases of 200 TL or more. For orders below 200 TL, the shipping fee is 15 TL.

The deadline for all returns is 30 days from the date of the order.

For returned products, when the product is delivered to us, the refund process is initiated and made via Iyzico. The time to complete the transaction may vary depending on your bank.

Orders placed until 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, on weekends and on holidays, on Monday or on the first business day. Your order will be shipped on the first business day following the date you place, as cargo companies do not work on public holidays.

According to the procedure of Yurtiçi Kargo, if they cannot find you at the address you have given, they leave a note and hold your shipment at the branch where your address is responsible for 3 days. If you do not receive it from the branch within 3 days, the refund process begins. The returned products are refunded and your orders are canceled because they cannot be delivered to us.
